In the pursuit to get healthy and lose weight I have decided to take the only real weight loss plan. Eat less, exercise more. In the weeks to follow I’m hoping to make improvement in my diet (foods I’ve eaten, not diet plan) and exercise. My choice for exercise is walking and I have decided on walking so I can enjoy my surroundings. I want to stay motivated and I love photography, so I’m taking photographs to inspire me to stick with it. I am on a slight deadline. My husband is currently deployed and will be returning in three in a half months.. give or take. I’m not really setting a goal but yet I’d like to lose a few pounds by then. Ten pounds would be a great starting point.
